Yuno Is Bringing Autonomous AI Into Payment Operations
Hey Payments Fanatic!
Payment teams usually find problems after revenue is already gone.
Yuno's most recent product announcement, Payments Concierge, points to a better model: AI that watches routing, approval rates, and provider failures in real time, then acts before the damage compounds.
“This is what agentic infrastructure looks like for payments,” said Juan Pablo Ortega, CEO and co-founder of Yuno.
The global financial infrastructure platform introduced Payments Concierge at HumanX, the premier AI conference.
Its core capabilities include real-time anomaly detection, autonomous optimization, cost-level transparency, and instant reporting and analysis.
“It’s not a smarter dashboard or a better alert. It’s an autonomous agent that understands a merchant’s entire payment strategy and continuously acts on it. It catches issues humans can’t see, optimizes costs humans can’t track, and executes changes in real-time,” stated Ortega.
The launch marks a new chapter for the payments ecosystem: agentic AI that doesn’t just connect a merchant’s payment stack but continuously optimizes it across performance, cost, and conversion.
