Nu’s Global Push Is Bringing Payments Infrastructure Into Focus

Nu’s Global Push Is Bringing Payments Infrastructure Into Focus
dLocal and Circle Paower Nubank's Global Push

Hey Payments Fanatic!

Nu is going global — and the interesting part is what’s happening behind the scenes.

After announcing its biggest expansion yet, Nu is now bringing some pretty important FinTech partners into the picture.

dLocal is helping connect Nu’s global wallets to local payment rails across emerging markets. That matters because entering a new market isn’t just about launching an app — payment rails, local habits, and customer expectations are different everywhere.

Then there’s Circle. Nu Global is integrating USDC and EURC into its new multi-currency account, giving customers access to digital dollar and euro balances and the ability to move money across 35+ countries.

140M+ customers, dLocal connecting the wallets to local rails, and Circle bringing stablecoins into the mix.

That makes Nu Global look less like a simple international account and more like a blueprint for how a global digital bank could actually be built.

Here’s what else is happening in payments 👇

See you tomorrow!

Cheers,

Marcel
